Product Manager Cruise – Balmain POSITION FILLED Will focus on identifying and developing unique cruise itineraries and packages that will be attractive to the Cruise Express client base, preparing marketing collateral and identifying suitable channels of advertising to maximise product sales in the most cost-effective way. Additionally, this role will ensure the sales team and all staff are briefed on the packages ready to answer client questions and provide post-campaign analysis.

Travel Specialists – Cruise focus We are continually seeking experienced consultants to sell our exclusive international cruise packages as well as a range of ‘close to home’ cruise tours. As part of the total sales team you will be well-supported with enquiries generated by strong local marketing efforts. Based in Balmain, Gordon or Erina, you will work with a close-knit, experienced team, knowledgeable in the local area and well-versed in recommending the appropriate ‘dream’ cruise holiday to a diverse range of clients. Tour Managers – Rail & Sail – POSITION FILLED We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Tour Managers to work on our Rail & Sail travel programs. Cruise Express offers ‘hosted’ Rail or Rail & Sail packages across Australia all year around. These 3-6 day packages feature a heritage rail journey from Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane and frequently operate in conjunction with a short coastal cruise. These 3-6 day packages feature a heritage rail journey from Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane and frequently operate in conjunction with a short coastal cruise. We are recruiting for ‘hosts’ to support our Tour Managers and assist our passengers onboard the train with the potential for additional days at sea or during city stays and touring.
