$59 is fully refundable against any CMV cruise booking made with Cruise Express within 1 year of inspection date. Cruise must be 5 nights or longer and applies to the first 2 guests in each cabin only. Redemption is not transferable and cannot be used with any other cruise line. Redemption is not combinable with certain fares and promotions – please enquire at the time of reservation.
To comply with port authorities, seaport terminal operators, immigration and customs, CMV require all ship visitors to supply government-issued photographic ID. This can consist of a drivers licence, passport or proof of age card. Please list your given and family names as they appear on the identification document, ie: no abbreviations or nicknames. You must be 18 years or over to attend a ship visit. The listed ID must be carried with you on the day of the ship visit and presented to security land side at the pier. You will be denied boarding if the ID you carry on the day, is not identical to your listed details on the ship’s manifest. By entering your information, you accept responsibility for the accuracy of this information. Cruise Express and the cruise line cannot be held responsible for denied boarding where guests have not followed these documentation guidelines. Due to security restrictions, late arrivals are unable to board. All visitors will be required to stay together and disembark at the time advised.
Ship inspections are designed for potential clients wishing to view a ship prior to booking. Ship inspections are NOT suitable for milestone celebrations, to re-visit ships you have previously sailed on or visit a ship you are already booked to sail on.
In the event the ship is delayed into Sydney, the cruise line reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the inspection. If that occurs you will be advised as early as possible and offered a full refund or change of date.
