Date change Form for Swingin in the Vines June 2021

Due to track work on the rail lines during our trip to Mudgee we have been forced to change the dates for our Swingin in the Vines trip.
The new dates are - Wednesday 2nd to Friday 4th June.

All other arrangements remain the same just a change of date!
