We have received numerous awards of distinction from Cunard Line, Seabourn, Princess Cruises, P&O Cruises, Norwegian Cruise Line and others, and, in 2004, Cruise Express was named the best cruise agency in Australia by the International Cruise Council of Australasia (ICCA). We were also voted by ICCA as having the best cruise consultant in Australia in 2008 and with the best consumer promotion the same year. In 2013 we received Bronze Cruise Agency of the Year from CLIA (formerly the ICCA) and in 2014 we were awarded the Silver Cruise Agency of the Year.

Clive Heath joined Cruise Express in 2008 after a long corporate career which included time with British Airways, Seagram Asia Pacific as head of their Duty Free business and lastly as a Director of Pernod Ricard – the owner of Jacobs Creek. Clive joined Meg and Hardy as the Directors/Owners of Cruise Express in February 2014.
