The Grand Southern Loop put together by Richard and Cruise Express was an amazing experience.

Hard to believe we had 15 days, over 4,500km, 3 states, 8 different trains, 8 hotels with 78 tourists and 4 Cruise Express staff and the volunteers/drivers from Paterson Rail Motor Society.

This has been the largest and longest heritage rail tour in Australia. All credit to Richard Boyce from Cruise Express, this tour took 2 years to put together, so many highlights and so many exclusive experiences.

The tour was fantastic for train enthusiasts and general tourists alike.

Liz and I have just returned home from the Grand Southern Loop Rail Tour.

It is really hard to put into words our thanks and appreciation for what was a wonderful experience, from start to finish.

A simple thank you is not enough, for all the hard work and dedication of the whole Cruise Express team, in making this tour happen.

We would like to express our special appreciation to Richard, Adrianna, Ben and Fred for their excellent work in shepherding our group along the many venues and transport modes along the way

This was our first experience with Cruise Express and we can assure you, it will not be our last.

Thank you for another wonderful train trip to Griffith.  It certainly was an adventure and all credit goes to Richard, Adrianna, Ben and Winston for making the holiday so memorable.  I realise the organisation that goes on behind the scenes to make things run smoothly is tremendous and Richard is just like the Duck mascot – calm above water and paddling like stink below – but he makes everything work.

Congratulations on another successful Cruise Express train trip – will do Griffith with Zecca and Piccolo Farm included, every time.
