*On confirmation of your booking, a deposit will be required within 3 days to secure your cruise berth. Prices are per person, cruise only, in AUD, based on lowest available twin share accommodation, inclusive of all savings / discounts, port & government charges, onboard gratuities (excluding onboard purchases). Some lead-in cabin categories may have obstructed views. Booking Changes: A fee of $25 per person will be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed unless the change increases the value of the booking. Please note that this does not apply to complete name changes or cabin downgrades which are considered cancellations, whereby full cancellation fees will apply per the below table. Please note that one of the original deposited guests must always remain in the booking. CANCELLATIONS & CANCELLATION FEES Notice of cancellation and complete name changes must be made in writing to your Travel Agent. One complete name change is permitted and will be charged at $250.00 as long as one of the original passengers are still travelling in the cabin. If none of the original passengers are travelling, then full cancellation fees will apply. The following scale of charges will apply when notice of cancellation is received prior to holiday departure. CANCELLATION PENALTIES – NEW BOOKINGS Immediately to 20 September 2024 – $150 per person 21 September 2024 – 20 December 2024 – $250 per person 21 December 2024 – 30 June 2025 – loss of 50% of total holiday cost 01 July 2025 – 01 August 2025 – loss of 75% of total holiday cost 02 August 2025 – No Show – loss of 100% of total holiday cost WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE HOLIDAY PRICE (per person – twin share) • Cruise aboard the Carnival Luminosa • All meals, entertainment, and gratuities on board (excluding drinks and specialty restaurants) • All BRAVO Cruise of Performing Arts Headline Shows • Port charges and government taxes Costs are per adult in $AUD per person on twin or solo share basis. WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED IN THE HOLIDAY PRICE • Airfare, passport and fees and insurances of all kinds • Laundry, phone calls, beverages, items of a personal nature, optional excursions etc. The price does not cover costs and expenses, including the return to your home, if you leave the cruise at your own volition, or due to illness, or as a consequence of official action by the government. Guests who do not hold international travel insurance that covers medical costs, repatriation and other expenses may be refused entry into New Caledonia. It is strongly recommended that all guests take out Travel Insurance for this holiday to avoid being denied entry into New Caledonia and Loyalty Islands ports. Please speak to your Travel Agent at the time of booking about Travel Insurance options (including available cover options for COVID-19).
