Our professional fees reflect the time, care, and expertise dedicated to designing your holiday experiences.
Consultation & Holiday Planning
Initial consultation – $100
Tailored itinerary design – $150–$250
(Planning fees may be credited toward booking)
Air Bookings
Domestic & TransTasman flights – $55
International flights (Economy or Premium Economy) – $200
Business – $250
First – $350
Online airfares – $55 per ticket
(capped at two sectors)
Cruise and Land Services
Cruises – no fee
Hotel bookings – no fee
Packages / tours – no fee
Specialty Services
Frequent flyer bookings – $100-$300 per ticket
Visa processing* – $75 per visa plus embassy/consulate fees
E-visa processing – $33 per visa plus embassy/consulate fees
Emergency Assistance
Weekdays (9am to 5pm) – $55 per hour
After hours – $110 per hour
Insurance claims+ – $150 per claim
* Plus courier/postage costs
+ No fee for Cruise Express issued policies

Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation – from $250
Airfare refunds – $55 per ticket
Airline refund processing – $30 per ticket
Please note that most deposits are non-refundable, and cancellation penalties may be as much as 100% once full payment is made. Cruise Express reserves the right to charge 10-15% of the total booking value as an advisory fee in the event of cancellation.
