Terms and Conditions

1.  Cruise booking value minimum $5,000 in total
2. Limited to a maximum of 4 passengers
3. Quote BDAY1 when making your booking
4. Includes transfers to any Sydney cruise terminal or airport – maximum travel distance 25km
5. May not be redeemed for cash or credit
6. May not be transferred to a friend or family member not in said booking
7. Confirmation available upon full payment
8. Must be taken on the nominated booked cruise and cannot be varied in any way.
9. Available for bookings made only with Cruise Express
10. Not exclusive to a private vehicle, may involve group transfer based on requests
11. If not taken with booking, it will be considered forfeited and no compensation awarded
12. The client making the booking must be over 18 years of age at the commencement of the selected cruise.
13. Valid photo ID is required to travel local, and a valid passport for international travel.
14. Cruise Express will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with transfers.
