Terms and Conditions
Covid safe protocols will be followed on board our charter aircraft and in venues visited.
The Australian aviation industry has developed a Domestic Passenger Journey Protocol to provide clear and consistent guidance regarding risk-minimisation principles and processes in domestic airports and on aircraft for domestic passenger travel.
On Friday, 8 January 2021, National Cabinet agreed that the use of face masks within airport terminals and on domestic commercial flights be mandated across Australia.
Social distancing guidelines will not be enforced however to date, there have been limited published reports of COVID-19 transmission in flight, particularly where appropriate control measures have been implemented.
Temperature checks will not be taken. Not every person who has COVID-19 will have a high temperature. It is only one symptom of COVID-19, and some people don't display symptoms at all. This is why layers of measures are used to reduce risk, rather than relying on a single measure.
For our Journey to the Outback you will be required:
*to wear a face mask within the airline terminal and whilst on board the aircraft
(face masks may be removed for eating and drinking)
*to use hand sanitiser which will be provided on boarding and in the toilets
*All guests and staff must agree to these protocols before making final payment and boarding the aircraft on the departure day.
