IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR RAIL JOURNEYS 

In response to continuing travel restrictions & due to the impact of COVID-19 we have reluctantly made the decision to cancel our first 2 Rail Journeys in September and October this year.

Due to the structure and costs of chartering Heritage Rail trains and commercial coaches at our destinations we are unable to comply with strict social distancing guidelines on our tours even with a Covid safe plan in place and therefore we will be postponing our:

Federal City Express (18th September) and Taste Riverina (9th October) Rail departures.

This decision has been made with the safety of our clients and staff paramount.

This announcement is disappointing for everybody. this news will be, however we are excited to make the following announcements.

Cruisin’ Country & Rock the Boat 2020
Choose Your Cruise have chartered Ovation of the Seas departing Sydney on 23 November 2021, to present the world’s biggest music cruise! Cruisin’ Country and Rock the Boat will operate as two separate festivals running simultaneously on the one ship on a spectacular 7 night “Super Cruise”, the very first of its kind! We are also pleased to advise that many of the headline performers and around the ship bands & musicians from the 2020 cruises have been re-booked for 2021.

Bravo 2020
With safety and the quality of entertainment on board at the forefront of their decision making, Choose Your Cruise have made the difficult decision to postpone Bravo until 2022.

Further information regarding the itinerary and line-up will be announced at a later date and we will make contact with you when this information is available. We look forward to welcoming our Bravo family back in 2022 and know that Choose Your Cruise are working towards having the same artists on board and are currently discussing artist availability.

What do I/we need to do next?
Choose Your Cruise have developed the following options for all passengers, due to the postponement of the 2020 music cruises.

To request your preference, please read the options carefully and then follow the link to the form provided. Note: All requests must be submitted via this form to be actioned.

Option 1: Transfer
Move your cruise booking to the ‘Super Cruise’ onboard Ovation of the Seas in November 2021 and select ‘Cruisin’ Country Experience’ or ‘Rock the Boat Experience’. Please note, you will not be able to attend both themed headliner shows but all other bars and venues will be available to all passengers. Bookings that choose to transfer will be allocated the same or similar category & stateroom location where possible.

You have until 30 August 2020 to make your selection. The ‘Super Cruise’ will be open for sale to the general public from 12 September 2020.

Option 2: Future Cruise Credit
Hold your funds from Cruisin’ Country, Rock the Boat or Bravo 2020 in credit to use for a future Choose Your Cruise music cruise. You will need to make your new booking before 1 August 2022 for sailings departing up until 31 December 2022.

Option 3: Refund
Request a refund. Please note that refunds may take more than 45 days to process and a $25 per person processing fee will apply.

Unfortunately due to the large number of clients and bookings affected by the music cruise postponements we are unable to accept phone or email requests or discuss individual bookings. All requests and option selections must be made and submitted online via this page.

You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your request. Any further updates will be provided individually once this initial phase is completed.
